The value for my money at Henann Garden Resort was fantastic. The room with direct pool access was worth every peso. The location exceeded my expectations, much better than the online pictures. The staff treated me like royalty, very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast menu could have been better with more variety.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort situated right in the center of White Beach. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, making sure that my stay was pleasant. I booked a Grand Room but was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a Grand Room with Direct Pool Access. It was such a treat! The resort had spacious and luxurious marble-clad bathrooms, and the gardens and swimming pools provided a great sense of privacy. The location was ideal, with a private path that led directly to the beach, making it easy to access the main shops, restaurants, and beach activities. The hotel also had plenty of facilities available, including four beautiful pools and a gym. The breakfasts were amazing, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They even helped me organize parasailing and transportation back to the airport in a timely manner. I had a fantastic experience at Henann.

The facilities were top-notch and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the great breakfast buffet, it had a wide variety of tasty and fresh options. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Despite a few small hiccups during our stay, we had a great time and would recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to dmall and a variety of restaurants and small shops in station 2. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel staff, especially the Guest Coordinator, Melvin, were very accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the staff at the restaurant were friendly and efficient.

The hotel's pool and facilities are well-maintained. The staff, particularly the pool and restaurant employees, provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and tidy. The resort amenities are great. Although the breakfast buffet could be improved, overall it was a pleasant experience.

The staff were courteous and accommodating. Location better than online pictures. Direct pool access room worth it. Friendly staff, took care of us even outside the hotel. Felt safe throughout stay. Cheap and great food/drinks. Highly recommend Henann Garden Hotel.

Staying along the shore of this tropical paradise was like a dream. The location was perfect for us, near Station 2 where we could easily access beautiful tourist spots and to the white sand beach. The room we stayed in was clean and orderly, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was world-class, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were impressed with the delicious breakfast, and the facilities with access to the pool made our experience complete.

A few staff members appeared to lack good customer service skills, which made our stay less enjoyable.

The hotel was a luxurious haven. Exclusive amenities like a private outdoor swimming pool and beach access provided the perfect escape from crowds. The room advantages like a comfortable bed and private facilities granted us complete privacy. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were perfect for relaxing and offered delectable cuisine. Good service from staff added to our enjoyment. The hotel's garden area was beautifully maintained and added to the tranquil ambiance.

There was only one minor issue for us. The location was not central but still offered a peaceful getaway.

We had a great time at Henann! The staff, especially Jena, Augustine, Jessel. The location was perfect for going to the beach, and we enjoyed the nice pools that were easily accessible. One of the highlights was the Korean restaurant in the hotel, where we indulged in delicious and healthy Korean food every night. we were very satisfied with our stay and found the hotel clean and comfortable.

Spent Xmas on the island and enjoyed two complementary facts - pool and beach towel service. The central location made exploring the island simple and convenient - everything was a short walk away. The evening beach stroll was a plus - the calm waters were perfect for reflecting on the day.

The stairs - we didn't anticipate there was no lift. It wasn't an issue for us, but we noticed others struggling with the lack of an elevator - not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Luxurious room with king-sized bed, couch, and balcony. Nice breakfast selection with Filipino, American, and Korean options. Friendly staff, accommodating early check-in. Would love to stay here again to impress someone.
