The breakfast offerings were diverse enough to satisfy different tastes, and I appreciated the great service provided by the staff, particularly Apple, who was consistently friendly and helpful during my stay.

The WiFi connection was extremely slow, making it quite frustrating to stay connected when I needed to.

the food at the cafe was absolutely chaotic, with raw buffalo wings served to us. shocking! in room dining? don't even get me started, 3 calls went unanswered, and my poor son had to suffer. i expected some sort of special treatment for my grand room with pool access, but alas, just disappointment.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. The WiFi was painfully slow, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, I noticed some cleanliness issues. the headboard of our bed was surprisingly dirty, which was quite off-putting for a supposedly 5-star hotel. Furthermore, the A/C in my room struggled to cool effectively, leaving me uncomfortable during the night.

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, a balcony, a cool flat-screen TV, and a mini fridge. Loved the outdoor pools and the spa was a nice touch. The breakfast had a variety of tasty hot and cold dishes. Staff were really helpful, like Chennee who served us every meal. Close to the beach, just perfect for swimming.

It would be fantastic to add a small water slide for kids!!! Additionally, the gym ought not to have an extra fee!!! More activities are needed – how about pool games or dance classes? The TV and hair dryer both need upgrades!!! Lastly, if you have a massage, the noise nearby can ruin the experience!!!

We loved the direct pool access from our Grand Twin room and enjoyed multiple relaxing pools! The beach was conveniently close, and the entertainment was a blast, especially the fire dance during dinner.

The room was bright and spacious. We adored the direct access to the pool. The breakfast spread was super tasty, especially the fresh fruits and pastries. The staff were all friendly and helped us book activities with ease. Just wish the Wi-Fi was better in the room—kind of a bummer when you want to share pics.

Location is super convenient right in the heart of Station 1 and close enough that the beach is just a short stroll away. The pools are quite spacious and well maintained so it’s easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The resort boasts a stunning pool area that was just perfect for lounging around and taking some adorable ‘groufies’ with my friends! Plus, the staff was super friendly. they really made our trip feel special, helping us out and giving us the best tips on where to go while we were there!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but trust me, it was worth every penny.
