The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short walk of about 600 yards to various attractions and amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with children. The friendly and professional staff provide exceptional service, making you feel welcome and special. The breakfast spread is extensive and delicious, with options to suit every palate.

The pet policy could use improvement, as there have been instances where pets have caused inconvenience to other guests.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that surpassed my expectations. The spa and wellness centre is remarkable and the massage left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden area with sun loungers and a sun terrace. The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes and the special diet menus are perfect for health-conscious guests.

The only minor issue I encountered was the slow service at the bar/lounge area. However, the staff was apologetic and made up for it with a free round of drinks.

Had an amazing Xmas vacation! Located close to many tourist spots, this hotel offered complimentary breakfast and a free shuttle service to nearby attractions. The room service was splendid, and the staff ensured that our stay was comfortable. The pool was very refreshing, and the spa treatment was top-notch!

The internet connection was very slow, and we had to pay for faster Wi-Fi. our room had a leaky faucet, which created a bit of a mess.

I recently had an amazing stay in India at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with access to beautiful sights like Suresh Beach and the Palani Mountains. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom that made me feel pampered. The service was top-notch, from the moment I checked in to the attentive staff at breakfast. The hotel also had three excellent restaurants, offering a variety of delicious cuisine options. my stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this location in India.

The only downside I can think of is that the hotel was currently undergoing renovations, which might cause some inconvenience to guests.
