The breakfast spread at Anise is more magical than a Hogwarts feast! Picture a power bowl conjuring up energy, homemade croissants smoother than butterbeer, and Indian gooseberry juice more invigorating than a Felix Felicis potion! Ms. Jasmin made us feel as special as if we were her favorite magical creatures, and we can't wait to return to this enchanted place!

Recently stayed at the lovely Taj in Chennai for 5 days. the staff were exceptional, especially Kalpana, Jayan, and Chef Dayalan. Clean, comfy rooms with great service. Ideal city center location with nearby amenities. the buffet breakfast was delightful, with attentive staff like Chef Dayalan and Suresh. Memorable experience overall, with warm welcomes and familiar faces throughout the stay.

Recommend this hotel.

The service at this hotel is simply AMAZING! the staff are super friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. From the moment we checked in, we felt like they truly cared about our experience. the diverse food options at the restaurant were outstanding, with local delicacies that were authentic and freshly prepared. the rooms were a good balance of Western and Indian style, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the location of the hotel is also great, with important shopping centres and attractions within a short drive.

If there was one thing to improve, it would be to enhance the soundproofing in the rooms. Occasionally, we could hear noise from the corridor, such as the vacuum cleaner or repairs, which disrupted our peace and quiet.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that surpassed my expectations. the spa and wellness centre is remarkable and the massage left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden area with sun loungers and a sun terrace. the restaurant has a wide variety of dishes and the special diet menus are perfect for health-conscious guests.

The only minor issue I encountered was the slow service at the bar/lounge area. the staff was apologetic and made up for it with a free round of drinks.

Had an amazing Xmas vacation! Located close to many tourist spots, this hotel offered complimentary breakfast and a free shuttle service to nearby attractions. the room service was splendid, and the staff ensured that our stay was comfortable. the pool was very refreshing, and the spa treatment was top-notch!

The internet connection was very slow, and we had to pay for faster Wi-Fi. our room had a leaky faucet, which created a bit of a mess.
