i almost thought i could leave a good review but then i remembered the maintenance they promised never came. our superior room was laughably inferior with water leaking from the ceiling! also, i expected on-site spa service, but clearly, no one cares about comfort around here. save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

the location is quite lovely, but the lack of soundproofing had me losing my mind, I couldn't even escape the noise from above. Plus, I certainly expected to have my water and coffee replenished, but alas, I had to purchase my own. for such a fancy hotel, you'd think they'd care about comfort more.
