The hospitality at this cozy hotel was exceptional! the front desk staff were friendly and really helpful, helping to arrange taxis and give directions. the free breakfast had an impressive selection of both Indian and Western fares that was filling and delicious. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities including a hairdryer, tea/coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water. We especially appreciated the location, it was just a stone's throw away from the major shopping area and close to other tourist attractions.

The WiFi signal at the hotel was inconsistent and kept dropping out. Even though everything else about the hotel was great, the unreliable internet connection was a downside and affected our overall experience.
