We were impressed with this hotel's luxurious amenities. The spa and wellness centre offered an array of relaxing treatments, and the outdoor swimming pool was a great spot for taking a dip. The staff provided excellent service, and the garden area was a lovely place to unwind. The restaurant served delicious dinners and accommodated our request for special diet menus.

Our only minor complaint was the lack of BBQ facilities. Despite being unable to enjoy this outdoor activity, we still appreciated the picnic area and tables provided by the hotel.

Amazing view from the room and friendly staff who helped me with my luggage. The food was quite good and the location was peaceful, surrounded by mountains and tea fields.

The pool was not clean at all, and the temperature control was not good either. the check-out time was quite early compared to other hotels.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my time there truly enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious food, and I didn't feel the need to eat elsewhere during my visit. I highly recommend this hotel.
