We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown Portland. We were able to easily walk to everything, including several great restaurants. The staff here were exceptional, from the helpful parking garage guys to the super friendly desk clerks. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every request and truly made us feel welcome.

This place gets a lot right, but not everything. However, we would highly recommend it to all.

This place is in such a cool area with shopping & restaurants that I wanted to explore more. The service, from the doorman to the desk clerk and even the valet attendants, was exceptional. They were super friendly and helpful, able to accommodate our every request. The location in the center of downtown Portland, just off Broadway near the financial district, was perfect. The hotel itself had a beautiful and unique decor, with a charming restaurant connected to it. The rooms were very large and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience that exceeded my expectations.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. There were so many cool shops and restaurants in the area that I wanted to explore more. The neighborhood was pleasant and I felt safe walking around. The service at this hotel was top-notch. From the doorman to the parking attendants to the desk clerks, everyone was super friendly and could not do enough to assist me with whatever I needed. The staff even found out that it was a special occasion and sent up a free bottle of champagne to my room. It was such a nice gesture and made my stay even more memorable. The leisure facilities, including the spa and wellness center, were also great. I was able to relax and unwind with a massage and it was the perfect way to end the day. I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel facilities, including the 24/7 "living room" area with a fireplace, games, and social hour, added to the overall enjoyable experience. The valet parking was fast and efficient, and the free bikes provided a fun way to explore the surrounding area. Everything great.

We recently went on a two-night getaway to a hotel located in a great downtown location. It was perfect as everything we wanted to see was within walking distance or a short tram ride away. We loved the delicious food from the adjacent cafe and the swift and gracious service. The sheets were luxurious and comfortable, and the L'Occitane toiletries were wonderful. Additionally, we enjoyed the view of the bustling city while lounging in the cashmere-like throw.

There was no coffee machine in the room and the coffee provided in the lobby was not readily available when we needed it in the morning.

Friendly staff, great amenities, convenient location, free bikes, quirky decor, large rooms.

Couldn't stay longer.
