Nothing to fault.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the action. We loved being able to easily explore the surrounding area and visit local restaurants and shops. the staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was great, providing a relaxing and pleasant experience.

We were disappointed with the lack of comfortable seating in our room. Despite the spacious and attractive design, there were no cozy chairs or couches to relax on.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Palo Alto. We were able to easily walk to all the restaurants downtown, which was very convenient. The hotel facilities were excellent, with well-appointed event spaces and beautiful color schemes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was spotless. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always there to greet us with a smile. The breakfast was top-notch, with delicious pastries and great coffee. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and coffee houses. It was also close to shops and great restaurants. the staff was extremely attentive and the rooms were beautiful and well-appointed.

The hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay, which made the front entrance inaccessible. Additionally, the hotel was not within reasonable walking distance of Stanford University, which was a bit inconvenient.

A Love Hate Relationship

We were initially disappointed when we arrived and realized our room didn't meet our expectations. The seating options were uncomfortable and not positioned for relaxation. However, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully designed with a rain shower. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Palo Alto and the walk past the homes of Silicon Valley power players was fascinating. Despite the room's shortcomings, we still had a pleasant stay overall. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and attractive amenities.

The hotel location was truly great, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff was nice and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a wide variety of TV options. The WIFI worked flawlessly throughout my stay.

The free coffee in the lobby was great and the complementary toiletries were a nice touch. the hotel was located right next to a bunch of restaurants and shops which made finding food and entertainment easy. Having a gym on the property was also a plus.

I recently stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in downtown Palo Alto for a wedding. Despite some renovations and a temporary entrance, the hotel staff was always available to assist with luggage. The well-appointed rooms were unique and clean, and the Italian restaurant on the ground floor offered the convenience of charging food to the room. The intimate event area and hotel courtyard provided a perfect setting for the wedding reception. it's a very nice upscale boutique hotel and an excellent venue for small to medium-sized weddings. I highly recommend it. I would recommend this hotel for any occasion.
