The staff was incredibly welcoming—Mr. Ajay from the cafe even held breakfast for us when we were late. Plus, the room was top-notch, like being in a different world, with a king-size bed and everything organized just right.

Not cheap but still reasonable considering the level of service.

Upon check-in, the long wait time was frustrating, and the staff's communication was confusing regarding fees. The charge for a child's extra bed was not clearly stated, leading to a misunderstanding with the front desk. Additionally, I found it irritating that the room's phone rang in the toilet, and the overall handling of complaints seemed lackluster, with staff offering little beyond a simple apology.

the leela was a fantastic place to relax. the club room was cozy and had everything we needed. we loved the buffet breakfast, especially the variety of indian dishes. The spa was amazing too. the aromatherapy treatment made us feel rejuvenated. the staff was super friendly, really making us feel welcome.

location can be a bit tricky to navigate. I found the staff incredibly warm and attentive, especially during breakfast at Cafe Knosh, where I was pleasantly surprised by special treats. Overall, a memorable experience.

The premium room was spacious and clean, and the rooftop bar had breathtaking views of the city skyline. We enjoyed the fantastic outdoor swimming pool, and the family-friendly atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Husmanjeet, who was wonderful with the kids!

I almost considered giving a good review for the cocktails, but then I was reminded of the dismal breakfast service and that cold, useless swimming pool. The cleaning staff rang my door when I was finally trying to sleep. For a 5-star hotel, I expected to indulge a little, but instead received absoluteley no luxury and zero special treatment. Disappointing!
