staying at Moira - bed and breakfast was a pleasant experience. the spacious and well-decorated room had a luxurious feel, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. the homestay atmosphere was welcoming, and the homemade meals, including aloo paratha for breakfast, were delicious. the location, within walking distance of shops and the U S Consulate, made it convenient for my interview.

Breakfast was nice, simple and homely. I'm not a big foodie, so it suited me just fine - like eating at a friend's place. the room had a bit of a musty smell, but Mehul and his family were lovely hosts. They even let me keep my bags after check-out so I could wander about a bit more before heading to the airport. All in all, a cozy stay in Kolkata. And funny enough, the tea stains on the kettle made me chuckle - seemed like someone really enjoyed their cuppa!
