I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The staff were extremely hospitable, always attending to my needs with a genuine and helpful approach. The location of this hotel is amazing, situated away from the town but still providing a complete view of the surrounding area. The eating area, situated above the pool, adds to the charm with its poolside ambiance and the view of the town and stadium. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an excellent Italian restaurant and a multi-cuisine restaurant called The Edge. The food served in both restaurants was of high quality, thanks to the expertise of Chef Pankaj who has worked in prestigious locations such as the Maldives and South Africa. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, with lush greens and stunning views of the nearby Devbhoomi and Dhauladhar range.

The food at The Edge restaurant was delicious, and the chefs, including Mr. Abhishek Rana, Jitendra Nakhwa, Abhinav, Bhasker, Nirav. The resort was clean and well-maintained, thanks to the efforts of the housekeeping staff, especially Sonali. it was a great resort hotel in Dharmshala.

I had requested a room with a mountain view, and although initially there was a mix-up, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my request and ensure I had a room with a stunning view of the mountains. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The restaurant options were fantastic, with a delightful Italian restaurant by the poolside, offering a picturesque view of the town and stadium. The food at the multi-cuisine restaurant, The Edge, was exceptional, thanks to the experienced Chef Pankaj, who had previously worked in Maldives and South Africa. The staff, for the most part, was excellent, displaying genuine hospitality and making my stay memorable. I would highly recommend Radisson Blu Resort for its location, food, and attentive staff.

Although the overall experience was superb, there were a few minor drawbacks. the hotel did not provide a discount on room service for food and beverages, despite my request.

The food at The Edge restaurant is delicious, with a variety of options including local Himachali dishes. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel provides high tea in their Tea Lounge every evening, adding to the pleasant experience. The evening entertainment, including live flute music and performances by the band Nausikhiye, adds to the overall charm of the resort.
