the location was ideal for my meetings and close to transportation options. the rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all necessary amenities. the bed was comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to have a late breakfast. Despite poor air quality outside, the hotel's indoor air was fresh and breathable, probably due to well-maintained AC filters.

This made it very convenient for our family to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. our experience at this hotel was fantastic!

The only downside we encountered was that the service in the buffet restaurant was a bit inconsistent. Some staff members were not as helpful as others, which made the dining experience a little less enjoyable.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking luxury amenities. the Spa & wellness centre offered body scrub, facial and more for a relaxing experience. the indoor swimming pool was great as well, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden area with plenty of sun loungers. the top-notch service and friendly staff make us feel at home. the restaurant served delicious food with options for a special diet, and we enjoyed a lovely night watching live entertainment at the bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue we encountered was a delay in getting our room when we arrived. this was quickly resolved by the front desk staff who offered us complimentary packed lunches while we waited.
