Friendly staff, especially the omelette chef. Quick service for warm water issue, which was our mistake. Variety of restaurants, Punjabi restaurant was attractive. Nice view of metro train from room windows. Comfortable room with small change in electrical system.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the airport in Lucknow and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic as it was just a short distance away from both the airport and the metro station. This made it very convenient for our family to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. our experience at this hotel was fantastic!

The only downside we encountered was that the service in the buffet restaurant was a bit inconsistent. Some staff members were not as helpful as others, which made the dining experience a little less enjoyable.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were good perks during our romantic getaway. , the hotel's proximity to the airport was very convenient. The serene atmosphere was a bonus, and the intimate room set up helped create a cozy ambiance.

The hotel was quite dated with old-fashioned decor. The bedding and bathroom towels were worn out and needed replacing.

I had an amazing stay at a lovely hotel in the city. The front desk staff, especially Miss Shivani Negi, treated us with such kindness and professionalism. The room was clean and beautifully styled, and the food was delicious. The presentation of the food and the hotel itself was simply awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking luxury amenities. The Spa & wellness centre offered body scrub, facial and more for a relaxing experience. The indoor swimming pool was great as well, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden area with plenty of sun loungers. The top-notch service and friendly staff make us feel at home. The restaurant served delicious food with options for a special diet, and we enjoyed a lovely night watching live entertainment at the bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue we encountered was a delay in getting our room when we arrived. However, this was quickly resolved by the front desk staff who offered us complimentary packed lunches while we waited.
