During my Xmas holiday, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel which was maintained well by the staff. The location was also strategic as it was near the attraction sites. The restaurant served delicious food and had polite staff.

My experience was not perfect. The service was delayed, and the staff was unhelpful during a medical emergency.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The property was immaculately maintained and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite arriving late at night, we were provided with exceptional service throughout our stay. During a challenging time when our toddler fell ill, the manager went out of his way to assist us, providing everything from extra towels to helpful suggestions for medical assistance. We were truly amazed by the incredible customer service and the dedication of the hotel staff. Thank you for making our difficult time easier and for ensuring a memorable stay.

This place is highly recommended to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-appointed hotel with exceptional customer service.
