The hotel's location, although a little difficult to find initially, was well marked from the highway. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was amazing, with a hot and varied selection to choose from.

The Best Western Plus Governor's Inn is a lovely older hotel located near Richmond's historic district. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The hotel features nonstop swing music in the public areas, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process effortless. Additionally, the hotel offers a swimming pool and is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

We appreciated the effort put in to fix our broken window, and the room was spacious and clean. Despite the elevator being out of service, the staff were accommodating to our needs. we would recommend Best Western to other travelers.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its excellent location just behind a shopping center, off the busy Turnpike. Plus, it has great restaurants around it. The basic amenities in the rooms are more than sufficient and the service from the staff is impeccable. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, with delicious homemade biscuits.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was ok.

As foreign tourists, we loved the clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient location near all our work needs. The front desk staff went above and beyond, even providing sticky notes for our eulogy preparation. The hotel is a hidden gem on a busy street, but surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was delicious, and we are looking forward to returning this weekend.

The hotel was located near great places to eat, like the Indian restaurant in the shopping center next door. We were also able to do some shopping nearby, since the hotel was close to everything on Midlothian. The room decor was lovely and clean, with good WiFi. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good too.

The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was good. the breakfast was decent as well, with a good variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to major highways and with a nearby Japanese restaurant for those craving some sushi.

There were many negative aspects of my stay. First, the elevator was out of service, which was quite inconvenient.

The breakfast provided was top-notch with a great variety of choices, and the cheerful and helpful breakfast lady made the dining experience even better.
