the elegant design and top, notch amenities provided a super relaxing experience. the staff, especially the Restaurant Manager, Housekeeping staff, and room service team, were jaw. the room was spacious and clean, with a cool layout featuring a separate toilet and bath tub area. the outstanding breakfast and restaurant staff, along with a complimentary anniversary cake, were a mind, blowing treat. Can't wait to visit again for the EXCELLENT service and surprise birthday celebration! .

The hotel staff are amazing - from the welcoming and kind Front Desk associate to the thoughtful gestures for my partner's birthday arranged by the Room Service team, every encounter was a delight. the spacious suite with well-equipped rooms and kids-friendly amenities made our stay truly comfortable, and the delicious food, especially the inventive vegetarian dishes at Vedic, added a special touch to our experience. stay at the westin was exceptional. from the warm check-in experience to the thoughtful birthday cake surprise, the staff went above and beyond. rooms were spacious and clean, with a great city view. the cleaning staff and room service were excellent, and the property overall was top-notch.

We had a short stay at Westin Kolkata Rajarhat and were impressed with the warm welcome and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was cooperative and helpful, especially in the situation when we accidentally broke a glass in the room and they immediately sent someone to clean it up. Although we found the food to be a bit pricey, the quality and taste were worth it. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Kolkata.

Had a wonderful Easter break at a hotel with the most helpful and attentive staff. Two complementary activities were an Easter egg hunt, which the kids absolutely loved, and a wine-tasting event which was a great way to spend the evening. the location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and shopping areas. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and its stunning views of the city.

One of the worst aspects was that there was no safety locker in the room to store our valuables. the lack of variety in restaurant options was also a downside.
