We had a short stay at Westin Kolkata Rajarhat and were impressed with the warm welcome and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was cooperative and helpful, especially in the situation when we accidentally broke a glass in the room and they immediately sent someone to clean it up. Although we found the food to be a bit pricey, the quality and taste were worth it. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Kolkata.

Had a wonderful Easter break at a hotel with the most helpful and attentive staff. Two complementary activities were an Easter egg hunt, which the kids absolutely loved, and a wine-tasting event which was a great way to spend the evening. The location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and shopping areas. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and its stunning views of the city.

One of the worst aspects was that there was no safety locker in the room to store our valuables. we were disappointed that the gym was closed for renovation during our stay.

The restaurant offers an impressive selection of special diet menus and in-room breakfast options, while the bar and lounge area are perfect for a relaxing drink.

The only minor issue I noticed during my stay was the limited live entertainment and night club options. However, the hotel makes up for this with its fantastic BBQ facilities and packed lunches for those always on the go.
