The moment I checked into The Westin, I was greeted with exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The food was delicious, especially the authentic dishes prepared by the talented chefs. The resort itself is stunning, with well-maintained grounds and a mini zoo that provided entertainment for my family. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway.

One drawback of this resort is its location. It is situated deep inside a village, which may not be convenient for some guests.

During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised with two complementary drinks at check-in and a delicious high-tea in the evening. We also loved the lush green surroundings and the peace and quiet of the location. Plus, the large, inviting pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun.

The resort became very dark at night, making it difficult to get around. It would have been helpful if they provided torch lights.

The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were both relaxing and enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. The Spa lounge was a lovely touch, and the location advantage of being surrounded by fruit trees added a unique touch to our stay. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the outdoor dining area was a great spot to enjoy our meals.

The only minor issue we experienced was the slow service. The staff dealing directly with customers were untrained and unprofessional, which made us feel as if we were not receiving a luxurious stay.
