I recently stayed at Trident in Chennai for a business trip. The staff was incredibly hospitable and efficient, making my stay very enjoyable. The hotel's pool and garden provided a peaceful atmosphere for reading and relaxation. The location was convenient, with efficient transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was delicious, and in-room dining was a treat. The rooms were clean and up to standard, and the beds provided a comfortable sleeping experience. The mini-bar could offer more options, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel arranged a take away breakfast for our early morning departure. The airport shuttle service was convenient and the staff was great. The trainee at the reception was very helpful and showed us around. The cleanliness was top-notch. The food at the restaurant, especially the Prawn Biryani, was delicious. The location was convenient and the staff were polite. it was a fantastic experience.

I had the most fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, including Annapurna, Suman, Haseeb, and everybody else, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure all my queries were answered and even accommodated a last-minute request for adjacent rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and all the amenities mentioned were available. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the airport and the hotel even offered complimentary transportation. The food at the buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of cuisines that reflected the diverse culture of this city. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I recently had an amazing city getaway where I got to enjoy two complimentary services while staying at a great location that allowed me to easily explore the city. The staff was friendly, the restaurant had good food and there was a gym and pool to enjoy.

If you’re looking to stay close to local attractions and sightseeing, this might not be the hotel for you as it’s quite far away and not easily walkable to other sites. But, if you just want to relax and unwind without leaving the hotel too much, this place is perfect!

We stayed at Trident for a short night during our transit back to London from Sri Lanka. The complimentary airport pick-up was prompt and the hotel, despite its proximity to the airport, was surprisingly quiet. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Our room on the club floor was clean and well-appointed. We appreciated the wake-up call and early morning tea before being driven back to the airport. Excellent and efficient service for a short stay.

my recent stay at the trident chennai was exceptional. having previously stayed in chennai, i was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention to detail. the staff provided a full list of sightseeing and dining suggestions within minutes, and even prepared a special dish on our request. the dedication and helpfulness of the staff was unparalleled.

Location quite far from local sites.

The menu offers a wide variety of delicious food options, from Tamil cuisine to Asian, European, and North Indian delicacies. The room furnishings and amenities are top-notch, perfect for the contemporary traveler. The Trident Spa is a great place to unwind and relax.

Well, I must say, I was devastated to discover that they didn't have my favorite flavor of ice cream in their menu. How dare they not cater specifically to my personal taste!

The rooms were impeccably clean and hygienic, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The highlight, however, was the top-class and authentic food served at the hotel's restaurant. We enjoyed delicious and tasty meals, truly a culinary delight. it was a wonderful and satisfying business stay.
