The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service all around the property. The pool area is secluded and tranquil, perfect for relaxation. The food at the seafood restaurant is delicious, and the breakfast offerings for early check-outs are a thoughtful touch. a great getaway spot.

The value for money at Trident Cochin was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was peaceful and away from pollution, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff treated us with smiles and were extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

Location was a bit isolated.

Our early check-in was arranged as requested and the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. They even accommodated our request for a late check-out. The pool was clean and well-maintained. a pleasant stay.

We had an absolutely luxurious stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious, elegant and had exclusive amenities. the Restaurant had a variety of cuisines and the food was delicious. the staff provided exceptional service, always greeting us with a smile and fulfilling all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a pleasant retreat, offering various treatments to relax and rejuvenate. the Swimming pool was well-maintained and the Sun loungers provided a perfect place to unwind. the Garden area was beautifully landscaped and a peaceful place to stroll.

The hotel is not centrally located and the area around it is somewhat industrial, which isn't that appealing. it was not unpleasant to take a boat or a car to reach the city.

We stayed at a hotel in a quiet location, slightly away from the harbour. The hotel room's equipment was functional, and it was well equipped and comfortable. They served delicious food in the restaurant on an evening, and the breakfast was also great. The staff were amazing, and they made a great effort to make us comfortable during our stay. Additionally, the swimming pool was very attractive and nice to swim in.

The hotel interiors can use an uplift, and the bathroom's bathtub was old, so the water did not drain well during the shower.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Kochi and I must say, it was a delightful experience. the hotel, with its aesthetically beautiful interior, impressed me right from the moment I stepped inside. the nicely illuminated corridors and grand-looking pictures on the walls created a welcoming atmosphere. the rooms were beautifully designed with super comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were well maintained and had a great design. the staff at the reception were extremely courteous and humble, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the food served at the hotel was superbly delicious, especially the breakfast which offered a good spread of many varieties. I must commend Mr Rakhibul, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the hotel had a small gym and recreation room with a well-maintained snooker table and board games, providing ample entertainment options. I had a great stay at this hotel.

Attentive staff and excellent food options made my stay at Trident Cochin truly memorable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my food preferences and sensitivities, and Raj from the F&B team even got creative with the dishes to ensure they were delicious. The peaceful atmosphere and comfortable rooms added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

At this hotel, I appreciated the lovely Christmas decor and the complementary chocolates in the room. the location was good, near restaurants and shopping. the pool was very clean and I enjoyed swimming there.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping me when I had an issue with my room key. the breakfast food was cold and unappetizing.
