I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Kuala Lumpur for a few days. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a luxurious bathroom. The top floor lounge offered amazing views and the food and drinks were excellent. The staff, especially Logan at the concierge, were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was diverse and had many stations, although the bakery corner was not up to expectations. The hotel had a feel of luxury without being too expensive, and I appreciated being able to use the ladies' spa and swimming pool after check-out. it was an excellent experience and I plan to book the Sheraton again.

The spacious room and easy check-in process were great. The staff were welcoming and the overall design and space of the lobby and common areas provided a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's high standard of service was in line with expectations. The location was also good, with many cafes and unique shops within walking distance.

the hotel exceeded my expectations with spacious rooms, a great location, and an amazing breakfast buffet that catered to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was a nice addition. a fantastic stay that surpassed my previous experience in Kuala Lumpur.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff at the front desk were very professional. the room was spacious and comfortable. the hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the LRT station and a mall just across the road.

We experienced some issues with the housekeeping staff. Despite putting the sign on the door, our room wasn't cleaned and we had to inform the front desk.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area close to all major shopping malls and public transport. You can easily access the entertainment at Pavilions Lounge and indulge in a delicious breakfast with friendly service. The room has a nice view, comfy bed and nice decor.

The housekeeping staff could use some improvement in communicating with guests and respecting privacy.

Our stay at Sheraton was truly exceptional. The room was excellent, with all the facilities we could ever need. The hotel's interior design was beautiful, and we even had rose petals decorating our bed for our anniversary. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection of delicious food. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean. We also loved the convenience of having a shopping mall right across the hotel. we highly recommend Sheraton for a wonderful stay in KL.

The convenient location, close to the Monorail and restaurants, made exploring the city easy. The excellent gym equipped with various cardio and weight machines was a highlight. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of delicious food. The walk-in wardrobe in the room helped keep things organized.
