We had a memorable stay at a luxurious hotel in Guangzhou. the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially those who could speak good English. the room service food was top-notch, and the spa was very luxurious. we were impressed with the range of amenities and the pretty and clean color scheme of the bedroom.

The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with accessories to connect laptops to LCD-TVs. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet customer needs. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to different preferences. The pool is at the perfect temperature for a relaxing swim or lounging by the water.

Some staff members have difficulty understanding English, which can be slightly inconvenient for non-Chinese speaking guests.

What a great Christmas experience! the breakfast was amazing, they had so many different options to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the city, we were able to walk to all the main sights. the spa was so relaxing and the gym was fully equipped, allowing us to keep up with our fitness routine while on vacation. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Plus, the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were a nice touch.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized and took longer than expected, but the staff were still friendly and trying their best. the room was a bit small, but we didn't spend too much time in there anyways.

We stayed at a 5, star hotel and were pleased with the luxurious amenities provided. Our room was spacious and offered a separate lounge and walk, in wardrobe. the Club Lounge on the 29th floor provided fantastic views and evening drinks. the gym was well appointed with plenty of equipment.

The hotel's IT system needs improvement as it was down when we checked in and also when we checked out. staff struggled to communicate in Cantonese, which made it slightly difficult to ask questions.

I had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Sofitel GZ Sunrich. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Tinson and the check-in process was smooth. The view from my hotel room was absolutely breathtaking. The champagne provided was a fantastic touch and added to the luxurious experience. The executive lounge exceeded my expectations with its warm greetings and variety of food options for breakfast. The Chinese restaurant on the 6th floor was highly recommended and the Easter egg fest was a hit with my little girl. Special thanks to Tinson and Kris for making our stay perfect. I can't wait to visit Sofitel GZ again in the near future. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Sofitel for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely design. My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff at Sofitel were truly amazing - the most perfect I've ever encountered. The room facilities were good, although I didn't have much time to use them due to my short stay. The value for money was excellent, especially with the free internet access. The front desk ladies were well-mannered and detailed, making check-in a breeze. The hotel is conveniently located and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved the big window and the nice bathtub.
