During my recent business trip to Munnar, Windermere Estate was the accommodation chosen by my director. the breathtaking views and spacious, well-equipped rooms made my stay truly enjoyable. the helpful staff provided valuable recommendations for transfers and excursions with Resplendent Experiences. I particularly savored the delicious variety of food offered at the restaurant, and the tranquility of the estate made it a perfect retreat after a day's work. One minor suggestion I have is for the hotel to provide some new cushions for the sun loungers, as the current ones were a bit worn-out. Windermere Estate's ideal location, warm service, and thoughtful amenities truly enhance the overall experience.

The Windermere Estate in Munnar offered a truly amazing location, nestled in the hills surrounded by tea and cardamom plantations. Nature walks with guide Ansil were a highlight, and the set menu meals were a delightful surprise. the helpful staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, allowing for a later check-in and providing excellent service. Relaxing at the indoor swimming pool and exploring nearby landmarks like Attukad Waterfall and the Tea Gardens greatly enhanced our family bonding experience.

Loved the friendly staff, delicious food, and spacious rooms with great views; the guided tours and afternoon tea added a nice touch to our stay. the indoor swimming pool was a hit and we enjoyed the beautiful garden area for relaxation. the only slight downside was that the set meal portions were too big, causing some food waste; maybe having the choice to opt for fewer dishes from the set menu would be a good idea 😊.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious mountain retreat. The location was absolutely breathtaking, nestled right in the heart of the tea plantations. The tranquil atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spacious rooms had beautiful views from the balcony, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. The food served here was undoubtedly some of the best I've had on my trip. The hotel also offered additional perks like afternoon tea and cake in the library, as well as a daily guided tour through the plantations. The knowledgeable guide made the tour truly special and his passion for the flora was evident.
