Remote and tranquil property with limited connectivity. Good wifi and spotty phone reception. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, exploring the grounds, reading books, and birdwatching. Charming library and boulder bonfire. Stunning views and friendly staff.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious mountain retreat. The location was absolutely breathtaking, nestled right in the heart of the tea plantations. The tranquil atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spacious rooms had beautiful views from the balcony, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. The food served here was undoubtedly some of the best I've had on my trip. The hotel also offered additional perks like afternoon tea and cake in the library, as well as a daily guided tour through the plantations. The knowledgeable guide made the tour truly special and his passion for the flora was evident.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all. No negatives to mention.

The hotel was located on the hills, surrounded by tea and cardamom plantation. We loved the nature walks led by the knowledgeable guide who gave us fantastic background information about the place. the meals were a set menu every evening, offering us a surprise every time and delicious food. We enjoyed having no wait time between dishes, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Although the hotel was well-appointed, we were disappointed that the view from the balcony was mostly of trees and new hotel/apartments being built below the hotel. This affected the ambiance of the hotel, and we were not able to enjoy the stunning views as much as we would have liked.

We had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in the hills. The estate was surrounded by breathtaking tea plantations and the rooms were elegant and comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel.
