I had a great stay at this hostel. Zostel Mumbai was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were two common areas to hang out - a quiet rooftop for working and a lively area next to reception where I always found interesting people to chat with. The staff at the hostel were incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. The location was also excellent, in a safe environment and convenient for exploring the city.

Can't fault the property in any way. 👍

The location of the hotel is good with easy access to many places. The deluxe suite is spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is well-kept and the running warm water is a plus. The electric kettle to make tea and coffee is a nice touch.

The lack of proper cutlery in the cafeteria and the need to ask for paper plates every time is inconvenient.

The room was spacious and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of dishes to choose from. Even though the hotel was located on a quiet back alley, it was still conveniently within walking distance of major transportation options. we had a great experience and would recommend this place. Drawbacks:

The lighting in the room could have been better, and we encountered a bit of difficulty getting food delivered to our room. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not detract from our overall satisfaction with the stay.

This hotel is fantastic! It has a great location close to the airport, which is amazing if you're flying in or out of the city. The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities available in the rooms. The attention to detail is impressive, and the staff are very kind and hospitable. Moreover, the chilling cafeteria inside the hostel is an amazing spot to just relax and unwind after a busy day.

Only one small thing could be improved, but overall everything was really good.

Over Easter I stayed at this hotel and I have to say that the location was ideal as it was very close to the airport and the staff were friendly. The wifi worked well and provided a steady connection. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered complimentary toiletries and towels.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and it wasn't cleaned properly. , the room had no proper plates or utensils to use which was inconvenient.
