As a family with small kids, we found the beautiful and spacious villas at Alila perfect for our stay. The room was beautifully appointed and the large bathroom with a stunning outdoor shower was truly a slice of heaven. The fragrant bath amenities added to the amazing experience. The spa was gorgeous and the massages by the friendly and professional staff left us feeling relaxed. The poolside restaurant was a lovely setting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Mr. Adeel for his exceptional customer service. We will definitely stay here again.

Upon arriving, we were amazed by the breathtaking scenery and luxurious amenities provided by this venue. the staff were attentive, pampering us with an array of treatments such as facials, massages, and beauty treatments at the spa and wellness center. the outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and garden area were exceptional, offering plenty of leisure time for us. We enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast served in, room, but we were also offered a wide range of other dining options, such as a poolside snack bar, an open, air bath. Cons: Although our stay was delightful, there was one minor issue that we encountered. the Wi, Fi connection was not the best, which caused some inconvenience during our stay. this was overshadowed by the excellent service and quality of facilities offered by the hotel. we had an outstanding time at this venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious experience.

The internet connection was weak at times, which was a bit disappointing. the resort was a bit remote from the city center, which made it difficult to travel around.

The location of the hotel, nestled by rice fields at the entrance, added to the magical atmosphere. The breakfast spread was amazing, and I particularly loved the organic toiletries provided. The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially the front office team and the General Manager. Their attention to detail and personalized service made my stay truly memorable.
