I always return for holiday. At first stay, staff helped with room issue at night. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, Pool snack bar, Massage, Flat-screen TV, Lift, Sun loungers. Air-con, non-smoking rooms, no pets. I'm never disappointed.

Had a great time during Christmas with my family. the hotel had two lovely pools, one for adults and one for kids, which we really enjoyed. Location was superb; we found restaurants, shops, and an ATM within walking distance.

The rooms were a bit of a letdown. the first night, we were given a room with a strong cigarette smell, which was really unpleasant.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the main areas of Kuta, as it is close to local attractions and the popular Discovery Mall. It is also conveniently situated in a busy area, making it easy to access various places within the Kuta area.

There were some minor issues with the service, such as slow restocking of finished foods during breakfast and forgetting to bring back drink glasses in the room.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of a gorgeous restaurant with ocean views. The service was top-notch, with room service and dry cleaning available 24/7. The amenities were fantastic, including a beautiful swimming pool and a spa and wellness center.
