The front desk can be slightly chaotic at times, leading to some confusion during check-in and check-out.

The bar and Jacuzzi on the 10th floor was a great facility for relaxing and enjoying the views.

We stayed in a convenient location by the ocean which was perfect for us as young holiday goers. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the view was pleasant from our balcony. The hotel had a good-sized pool and beach access, which made for a perfect summertime vacation spot.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious food. The spa and whirlpool on the 10th floor were great for relaxing. The beach access was convenient and the secure area with lounge chairs and umbrellas was a bonus. The friendly service in the restaurant made us feel welcome. The separate swimming pool for children was perfect for families.

This venue provided us with a luxurious and refreshing stay. the exclusive amenities, including the stunning outdoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre, exceeded our expectations. the back massages were invigorating and the lounge area was peaceful. the convenient beach access and sun terrace made our trip even more unforgettable. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and appreciated the private facilities that were included.

The only minor issue we faced was that the pool was somewhat crowded and finding a free sun lounger was difficult.

had a great time in cartagena, and radisson made it even better. loved the spacious rooms and modern decor. the staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent. would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a treat on my last night in Colombia. Check-in and check-out flexibility was great. The rooms are spacious and the TV issue was quickly resolved. Two modern and clean sunbathing areas are available, along with a nice beach area. Room service was efficient and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially the concierge, Maya, and the restaurant server, Brando. The 10th-floor spa, gym, and jacuzzis were a plus, along with excellent wifi and a separate pool for children.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
