Wonderful Staff and Excellent Room Service Experience\

The friendly and helpful staff, along with the excellent room service, truly made my stay memorable. the beautiful villa with a jacuzzi was a great touch for a relaxing getaway. more dining options and longer room service hours would enhance the overall experience at this property.

we had an amazing time at lxr hotels & resorts. the villa was clean and cozy, with a private pool for a romantic anniversary celebration. the staff provided excellent service, especially during the in-house bbq dinner. the breakfast at the restaurant with stunning views made each morning special. we felt truly pampered and will definitely return.

The hotel's intricate decor and cozy common areas made me feel like I was in a luxurious oasis. the easy accessibility for senior folks like me was a relief, with no stairs to climb and plenty of comfortable seating areas to rest my feet after a long day of exploring.

The database provided a user-friendly interface, making it easy to search and access information quickly. the room right at our footsteps from the main bedroom was clean, neat, and tidy, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The location of the resort provides stunning and commanding views of the Uluwatu coastline, with its high crashing waves and majestic cliffs. The restaurants at the resort, such as Bambu, offer excellent food quality and a diverse menu. The spa treatments at the award-winning Banyan Tree SPA program are top level, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The lack of a private and serene beach is a drawback, as the public beach near the resort tends to be crowded and lacks privacy.

the location was convenient, just a five-minute drive to the local supermarket. Staff were friendly and attentive, keen to assist with any requests promptly. Cons: All was wonderful.

The upgraded presidential villa had amazing facilities - gym, piano, KTV, and billiards. The large swimming pool had a beautiful ocean view. The friendly staff spoke good English. The in-villa pool BBQ was unforgettable.

The villas are well designed, equipped, and beautifully furnished, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The large villa pool is perfect for swimming and relaxing, while the stunning public pools add to the overall beauty of the resort. the spa is beautiful and the therapists are well trained, offering a truly relaxing experience.

Some rooms may be in need of renovation and appear a bit run down. There were limited facilities available at the resort, including only one restaurant with a limited menu.

The staff was attentive and friendly, exquisite view from the villa, beautiful and well-designed outfit, delicious breakfast with a variety of options, outstanding spa experience.

Lovely business trip experience! the spacious rooms and comfortable beds were a plus, as well as the delicious breakfast and high-speed internet. the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to attend my meetings and still have time to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. a great option for business travelers.

Sadly, my experience was marred by some minor issues that could have been avoided. the communication with the hotel staff wasn't always clear, and I had some trouble with billing errors.

This hotel is a luxurious wonderland! the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are so relaxing, and the Jacuzzi is my favourite addition. I also loved the private garden area, where I could soak up the sun in peace on the sun loungers. the Spa & wellness centre provided exclusive amenities that catered to my every need.
