I recently visited Holiday Inn Hotel for a business trip and was amazed by the exceptional service I received. During my stay, I faced a personal tragedy as I found out about the passing of my brother. However, the entire hotel staff went above and beyond to take care of me. They walked me to my room from the bar/restaurant, checked on me regularly, and even provided me with water and snacks. Their compassionate support made a difficult time a little easier. Additionally, the bartender, Brian, remembered me by name and made me feel welcome every time I visited. The food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, and I never felt the need to dine elsewhere. The hotel also offered shuttle services during bad weather, which was a great convenience for someone like me who isn't comfortable driving in snow/ice. I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in Maple Grove to anyone traveling to the area. I look forward to my visits and appreciate the top-notch service provided by the hotel.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Despite a few minor issues, such as the TV/cable in the kids' room being unreliable and some noise from other guests, my overall experience was great. The hotel's location is convenient and the food served was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel and would gladly return in the future.

During our business trip to the Maple Grove area, we found the location of the hotel to be very convenient. It was close to business parks, which made commuting easy. We also appreciated the proximity to many restaurants and stores, providing plenty of options for meals and shopping. Additionally, the hotel had a water park, which was a fun and enjoyable feature.

The housekeeping staff seemed to only do a light cleaning, with trash dumped, towels restocked, and a light vacuuming. We expected a more thorough cleaning, including a change of sheets.

The value for my money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff treated me with exceptional hospitality and made sure I had everything I needed.

The breakfast menu could have been more diverse and had more options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with clean rooms and a lobby that was kept spotless even during remodeling. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a great pool area that included a fun waterpark. The location was convenient, close to a community recreation center as well as various restaurants and shopping options. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a tasty selection. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful, with Aunesty at the check-in desk standing out as a bright and enjoyable presence.

This hotel is located in a great area where you can find everything from fast food to bar food, to Maple Grove Community Rec Center to swim and many shops to explore. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, and I loved the unique wood flooring in the room with a pull-out couch for my preteen girls to have a sleepover birthday party with a swim. Also, the breakfast included was a great value for money.

The management was attentive, making me feel appreciated and taken care of. The swimming pool and small water park were a great attraction. the best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
