The Kidsuite layout with a king and bunk beds was a hit with my family, especially the kids who loved having their own space!

The initial room we were given was only half cleaned, requiring us to switch rooms on check-in.

Comfortable room, convenient location, made our stay enjoyable with quick access to the highway and a lovely indoor swimming pool perfect for relaxing after exploring the city.

the holiday inn hotel has a great location, very close to fun activities within walking distance. the pool area was perfect for my family, and we enjoyed the overall welcoming atmosphere. the front desk staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, which was a nice bonus.

some cleanliness issues need attention.

The salads I had at the nearby eateries were craveable, bringing a burst of freshness that made my taste buds dance! Plus, the water park and arcade provided endless entertainment for my daughter and her friends.

While the overall experience had its charm, it was hard to overlook that our room had a strong smell of paint, drainage issues, and a shower that felt more like a sprinkle.

However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, as several guests reported finding hair in bathrooms and uncleaned areas. On top of that, the water features were only available on weekends, leading to disappointment for families who might have planned their stay around that expectation. Some amenities, like the pool area, felt overcrowded, making it less enjoyable than it should've been. Plus, there were issues with room maintenance, including some reports of broken equipment and a lack of sufficient towels in the pool area, which can be pretty frustrating after a long day of travel.

The hotel features a fun water park that my kids, including my niece, loved! We also enjoyed the great location, which is super close to the Elm Creek Park Reserve with its bike trails and man-made lake.

My kids wished the water features were open more days.

this place has a swimmin pool and a water park that my kiddos loved! the staff is really nice, especially meghan at the front desk, she made us feel super welcomed. also, the location is great, a lot of restaurants nearby and close to the highway. the breakfast is decent too, we had good service during our meals. plus, the gym and gamin rooms are a nice touch for some fun!
