At my first stay, staff assisted me in finding transport. This hotel fits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, free parking, 24/7 reception, fitness center, jacuzzi. Ideal for a city break; I always return.

Convenient room location close to parking, just 25 steps away. Friendly receptionist during check, in and sincere interaction with Joyce at check, out. Clean facilities, all amenities in working order. Appreciated having Coca, Cola available along with pump dispensers in the shower for added convenience.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express was for business purposes, lasting three nights. I appreciated the convenient location of my room to the parking lot and the quick check-in process with a friendly receptionist. the hotel was spotless, everything was in good working order, and I was pleased to have the choice of Coke over Pepsi. Additionally, the shower pump dispensers were a nice touch.

We appreciated the seamless check-in process and the genuine friendliness of the staff. the hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and everything functioned well, including the convenient proximity of our room to the exit, only a few steps away. Additionally, having the option of Coke instead of the usual Pepsi was a pleasant surprise. The pump dispensers in the shower were a thoughtful touch. Cons: Nothing could be improved.

Our room had only one set of sheets, with a noticeable urine stain on one bed. the fitness room was too hot and the pool too cold. Breakfast was disappointing. Overall I found our stay at the Holiday Inn Express comfortable and the location convenient. I'd consider recommending this hotel.

There was a urine stain on one of the beds, and we were short on sheets and blankets. the fitness room was too hot to work out in, and the pool was too cold to enjoy.
