We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received from Mr. Diego Rocanto at the restaurant. He was friendly, helpful, and truly passionate about his job. Our room was large and comfortable, with a spotlessly clean bathroom that included a bath. While there was no mini-bar in the room, we were able to purchase food and drinks at the reception. Additionally, we appreciated the availability of Aldi and Coop, which were just a couple of minutes' walk away. all the staff members were helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Located very close to Oerlikon station, just a 5-minute walk. Conveniently situated opposite a large Coop supermarket, perfect for breakfast or lunch. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere despite the lack of shops in the area.

Had some difficulty accessing the wifi, but this wasn't a big problem for us as we had 4G. the rooms could be cleaner, as we noticed some dirt and mold in the bathroom.
