We stayed at the quaint and charming traditional bungalow at Bukal Sari Villas. the property was visually appealing and well-maintained. It felt safe and peaceful, with minimal development nearby, creating a tranquil environment. Situated on the highest part of the Bukkit, it offered the best ocean breezes. Despite the tropical climate, the bungalow remained surprisingly comfortable during the day. We also appreciated the option to rent a scooter at the hotel for a reasonable price. the huge bed and comfortable bedding added to our enjoyable stay, along with the nice lighting options.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel like family. the breakfasts were delicious, especially the banana pancakes and the granola. the pool was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxation and work. the Lumbung bungalows were fantastic, with a beautiful semi-outdoor shower room. the beds were comfortable and we could hear the lovely sound of birds in the morning.

During our stay, we found the location of the hotel to be a bit challenging when it came to getting transportation to the main beaches in the area. The room provided us with a comfortable and clean space to relax, and the spacious bathroom was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast options, particularly the banana pancakes and granola, were absolutely delicious. Additionally, the peaceful surroundings and the refreshing pool added to the overall tranquility of the experience.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the sound insulation between the bungalows. We noticed that the thin walls made it difficult to have complete privacy, as we could hear everything from the neighboring guest's room.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and there were a couple of things we liked. the breakfast options were tasty and satisfying, especially the omelet and Indonesian fried rice. the pool was large and clean, providing a great space to relax and cool off. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby beaches and the temple.

the staff's level of English made communication difficult at times, leading to misunderstandings. the lack of sound isolation in the rooms was a major issue for light sleepers, as noise from other guests and animals could be disruptive.

I had the most amazing stay at Bukal Sari Villas! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The beautiful hut I stayed in was clean and well-kept, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The special birthday breakfast and surprise video made my stay even more memorable. We spent a lovely Christmas holiday at this villa. the property was absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool. the bathroom was spotless and had a charming garden inside. the breakfast options were tasty and satisfying. the staff was always attentive and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The walls were thin, making the rooms not soundproof. We could hear noises from other rooms and outside, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The place exceeded our expectations, with clean and modern rooms, comfy pillows, and hot water. The location is excellent, just a short bike ride from everything. The staff even helped us book a taxi for an early morning departure. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!
