This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are in excellent condition with beautiful views of the Ludlow valley. Having a full kitchen in the room is a huge plus as it allows for convenience and flexibility during your stay. Additionally, the breakfast, although slightly pricey, is included and provides a satisfying start to the day.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic lodge and an outdoor firepit for cozy evenings. The location was ideal, right on the ski mountain, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts like me. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our ski vacation. We loved how conveniently located it was to everything we needed, including ski rentals, ski check, and lessons. the ability to go straight out the front door and have all these amenities right there was a huge plus. Additionally, the indoor parking garage was really convenient for us.

One downside of our stay was the lack of dining options. We found that the only available restaurant, Coleman Tavern, had food that was just okay.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes' drive from downtown Ludlow. The surrounding landscape is beautifully landscaped with flowers everywhere in the courtyard, creating a serene and relaxing environment. During our Easter break, we had a great experience staying in a hotel with exceptional complementary services—a ski valet that stored our gear and heated underground parking. the location was perfect for skiing or snowboarding enthusiasts close to the mountain. One advantage we enjoyed was the spacious rooms that provide a comfortable stay for a family of four.

The restaurants were deteriorating, and the staff did not appear to enjoy their jobs. They should offer dining alternatives that cater to their customers, who may want to eat beyond 9 pm.

We recently stayed at a mountain hotel and had a great experience! the room we stayed in was beautiful and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great view of the surrounding woods. the towels in the bathroom were also of high quality. the hotel staff was extremely courteous and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Another advantage was the free ski check, which was very convenient for us. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to the slopes and other amenities.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. we had some problems with the room key, as it didn't work on a couple of occasions.

We recently stayed at Jackson Gore Village for a family ski trip. The location is ideal, just a few minutes drive from town and close to the Okemo Valley Golf Club. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with spacious living areas and fully stocked kitchens. The resort offers a variety of amenities, including indoor/outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, an arcade, and an Adventure Zone for the kids. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. While there were a few minor issues with housekeeping and breakfast service, overall we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The database view and fireplace were great. The outdoor section of the pool allowed me to easily keep an eye on my 12-year-old grandson. The ski fitting by Kristin saved the whole trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a pleasant attitude. The bellman even drove me to the nearest grocery store a couple of times. The bartender, Jason, gave me a sample before I ordered. Excellent customer service!
