Rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was perfect for our Christmas stay, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a decent selection of items to choose from.

We experienced some issues during our stay. the pull-out bed in our room was broken, but the staff promptly switched us to another room.

Great location, manager helpful, clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds, impressive breakfast variety, staff very friendly and accommodating.

During our romantic escape, we loved the spacious and clean rooms. It was wonderful not feeling cramped during our stay. the well-maintained grounds and public areas gave us a sense of security, and we didn't have to worry about our car in the parking area. Additionally, the breakfasts were delicious and presented nicely, providing us with a great start to our day.

One downside of our stay was that our room cards didn't work upon arrival, causing us to have to carry our belongings up and down the stairs again. It was a bit frustrating.

The service provided was excellent with room service available, and the housekeeping staff kept our room incredibly clean. The amenities in the room were impressive, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a refrigerator, as well as a microwave and tea and coffee-making facilities. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The leisure facilities were also top-notch: we loved the swimming pool, sun terrace, and sauna.
