We had a fantastic six-night stay here. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast options were amazing and we also enjoyed the diverse dinner menu. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in a beautiful area close to Bali National GC, which we could easily reach on foot or by shuttle bus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a gym that had a sauna available for use.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by other resorts and in the heart of Nusa Dua. The hotel had a big property and offered great amenities. The two big pools were amazing, especially the lazy river which was a hit for both the kids and adults. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was huge. The hotel even provided a free shuttle to the nearby mall for additional food options. I loved that they had a private space at the beach where they served drinks and food. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The location was nice for those looking to avoid overcrowded beaches, with shuttle services to the nearby beach and restaurants within a 30k to 50k range. The restaurant provided a great dining experience and the room was well-appointed.

The menu selection could be improved.

This hotel provided luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the spa & wellness center was fantastic, complete with a relaxing massage and spa lounge. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for soaking up the sun on the sun loungers surrounded by the beautiful garden area. the location advantages were great with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurant options.

The hotel had a lack of entertainment options. While the live music was enjoyable, there was no aqua park or other leisure/TV room for entertainment.

The pool was surrounded by beautiful trees, making it a serene spot to relax. Despite some minor hiccups during my stay, the staff always went above and beyond to fix any issues. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Great customer service and friendly staff who were very accommodating. Breakfast had many options to choose from and the rooms were clean and spacious. the hotel's location was excellent, near to exclusive shops and restaurants, and the nearby private beach was lovely.

The hotel was not on the beach, although it offered a shuttle service to the beach. there was a bit of miscommunication between the service teams at the front desk, which caused delays during check-in and check-out.

My entire experience at Courtyard was amazing. the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm and friendly throughout my stay. the facility was always clean and well-maintained. the sunrise from the beach club, just a short walk away, was absolutely stunning. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, including delicious local dishes. the view from my room was spectacular, overlooking a beautiful green path leading to the pool area. the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend Courtyard for a fantastic stay in Nusa Dua.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness, facilities, and location were all impressive. The hotel is located near Pantai Mengiat Street, which has a variety of spas, restaurants, bars, and local craft shops. Additionally, the hotel offers an excellent free program for both kids and adults. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes prepared by Madi. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.
