My stay at The St. Regis was wonderful. The hotel's location is near popular attractions and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with nice amenities. The spa was a great place to relax and unwind. Despite the occasional language barrier, the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist me. I would recommend dining outside the hotel as the food options within were not the best. I had a pleasant experience at The St. Regis and would recommend it.

Additionally, the staff was extremely professional, pleasant, and helpful, ensuring a warm and sincere welcome. They were efficient in taking care of my mother when she fell ill, providing immediate assistance and transferring us to a more accessible room. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool. The location was also ideal, being just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away from the old town.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel! the luxurious and comfortable room was truly amazing. the spacious bedroom and clean bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. Additionally, the staff, especially Leo and Stanley, were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They even arranged a special vegetarian meal for me and provided valuable information on preventing altitude sickness.

On the downside, the swimming pool was closed during our visit, which was a disappointment. Also, the lack of a lost property department made us wary of leaving anything behind.
