I had a wonderful stay at Gran Mahakam. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing me with a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food options, ensuring that I started my day off right. The bed was so comfortable that I may have overslept a few times! I had a fantastic experience at Gran Mahakam and would definitely recommend it to others.

Good location, near Barito Park. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms and amenities for business travelers. Japanese restaurant has fresh and well-presented food. Live music in the bar adds a classy touch.

Stayed for a weekend with my partner and the bed was the best I’ve ever slept in! the food was delicious and the staff were friendly. the location was perfect for exploring the city and there were many attractions within walking distance. Plus, the air conditioning was a relief from the hot weather.

The limited dinner options when we arrived late at night, but the food was still great. the pool area didn't have enough chairs and a bar service would have been a nice touch to enjoy the view.

This hotel is truly luxurious and exclusive, with excellent amenities that exceeded our expectations. the spacious, comfortable room was equipped with modern furnishings and high-quality bedding for a relaxing stay. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for morning laps or a relaxing afternoon. the spa centre was also world-class, offering a range of services including relaxing massages.

We experienced a minor issue with service during breakfast, as some staff members seemed inattentive and preoccupied with their mobile phones rather than tending to guests. this was a small blip in an otherwise enjoyable stay, and the duty manager promptly addressed our concerns.
