The staff is helpful and the pools are great, with one overlooking the beach. the breakfast is good and there are great restaurants everywhere.

One negative aspect was getting cheated by the poolside bar, where they added additional charges for drinks that were never ordered.

Started our trip to Kuta at the beautiful Grand Inna hotel. Perfect beach access, making it easy to enjoy sunsets and the local community. Superb breakfast, spacious rooms, and great balcony. Convenient location near shopping areas and nightlife. Ideal for surfing, with easy access to boats for Kuta reef. Deluxe rooms were not noisy, and the pool was amazing, along with two others in the complex.

This hotel was fantastic! It's right on the beach in a central location, making it the perfect spot to enjoy all the sights and shops. The staff are amazing, they always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was top-notch with all of the amenities I needed, including an electric kettle, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool was a great way to relax and I even took advantage of the leisure spa and wellness center for some much-needed pampering.

I would highly recommend this venue to my family.
