I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Nusa Dua Bali. The pool was big and clean, and I even had it all to myself at times. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The hotel is also just a short walk away from the beach. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities, especially the pool, were excellent. The location within the Nusa Complex was perfect for morning jogs and leisurely evening walks. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This place was a great pick for my trip to Bali. I loved that it was located in a beautiful area with quick access to the airport via the highway. Being only 200 meters from a well-kept beach was a plus, as well as having an open-air shopping mall close by. The hotel amenities were great too, with a lovely leisure swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. The massage and sun terrace were perfect to relax after a busy day exploring. The staff was really helpful and hospitable throughout my stay.

Although the staff seemed to have a very money-minded mentality, they still provided good hospitality and helpfulness. However, they could improve their attitude and increase customer service to make guests feel more valued.

The staff at Grand Whiz Hotel Nusa Dua were friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Nusa Dua Convention Center and Bali Collection. The room service and food were great, and the spa staff, especially the ladies, were friendly and provided a fantastic massage.

The location was great, close to the beach and some shops, and we also got free drinks and snacks. the pool was clean and big enough to swim in.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. the sheets had hair and stains on them, it was pretty gross.
