Clean, cozy room with comfortable bed and good water pressure. Universal electrical outlets were a convenient touch. Simple breakfast buffet, with supermarket nearby for other food options. The room was great - strong A/C, excellent hot shower, comfy bed, perfect size. Amazing view of the city. Universal electrical outlets. Helpful staff - free welcome drinks, surprise decorations, and cake for special occasions. Friendly and polite front desk staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with universal outlets for convenient charging. The breakfast buffet is simple, but there are plenty of food options nearby. The staff are friendly and accommodating, quickly switching to English for non-Indonesian speakers.

One minor downside is the issue with the air conditioning filters which need to be cleaned.

The room was comfortable and had a great view of the city. the AC worked really well and the hot shower was perfect after a long day exploring. the location was great, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the room and lobby.

The breakfast buffet wasn't great, with a limited selection of food and not many healthy options. the gym was small and not very impressive, and the pool was often crowded with children, making it difficult to relax.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and level of service provided. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and special, as seen in the examples of surprise decorations and welcome drinks for non-staying guests. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms offer great views, making for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Additionally, the location outside the city centre is both convenient and peaceful.

All was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.
