Fantastic place to unwind in a cozy room with welcoming staff and excellent nearby dining options.

Convenient location for various attractions and activities.

I experienced long wait times during check-in, which was quite frustrating as there was only one staff member available. Furthermore, the room layout was not ideal. I found minimal space between the bed and closet, making bathroom access challenging. To top it off, the air conditioning unit was quite loud, which made it hard to sleep despite the temperature being in the 90s.

Location was great for my needs. the room had a very good mattress. Friendly and helpful people in the breakfast room made it a nice start to the day.

Dirty rooms upon check-in!!! The air conditioning was so loud it disrupted sleep!!! The inconsistent Wi-Fi is frustrating during a stay!!! Pool hours were too limited, cutting into leisure time!!! Towel availability clearly wasn't accounted for!!!

Our stay was marked by the wonderful breakfast spread. Paul, the breakfast attendant, was a gem, making everyone feel welcome. The location is very convenient too, just a short walk to dining and shops.

However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired. We noticed leftover trash from previous guests under the bed and some corners seemed dusty. A bit more attention here would really elevate the experience.

The spacious rooms here were a joy for our group, with comfortable beds and a lovely kitchenette area. Staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring our stay was cozy. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast, though the air conditioning was quite noisy during the night. A memorable experience overall!

My stay was fantastic, with a solid value for everything offered, and being just a quick drive to several restaurants and a grocery store made it super convenient. the hotel's proximity to places like Cedar Lake and Theodore Wirth Regional Park really allowed me to enjoy beautiful nature walks during my city explorations.

Chur, the staff were super nice and heaps accommodating, but the towels were a bit rough and the TV kept glitching. Overall, a sweet stay!

the rooms were spacious, with a nice kitchenette! the breakfast had a delicious variety including veggie quiche. great location near various shops and parks. loved the friendly staff who were super helpful!

I almost thought this woudl be a delightful stay, but the entire 4 days, my room was never made up. Also, the pool was closed, yet no one even seemed to care about my comfort. A complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but I guess that's too much to ask. Can't believe I just couldn't give a good review.

We loved our stay with the kids! The indoor pool was a hit, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Just a heads up, the microwave was a bit tricky to figure out, but it didn't put a damper on our fun. 😊

The space was perfect for our group. loved the kitchenette and the large living area for games. Breakfast options were varied and the staff was genuinely friendly!

The sofa bed mattress was a bit thin and could use an upgrade. also, we had some issues with the AC not functioning properly.
