We recently had an amazing stay at Kamandalu. the location, just a short drive away from the center of Ubud, was perfect. the resort is situated in a beautiful forest with stunning views of the valley. Our pool room was delightful and we enjoyed the room services provided. the highlight was definitely the infinity pool with its panoramic jungle views, which was truly breathtaking. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa services were fantastic. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, from the check-in process to the spacious rooms and great breakfast. Highly recommended!

Our family had an incredible stay in a beautiful resort surrounded by breathtaking landscape. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, even organizing a special birthday celebration for my wife. The room was exquisite, with a four-poster bed adorned with flowers and towel art, and the outdoor space featured a private pool and cabana overlooking the jungle. The breakfast options were great, and the views of the rice fields were amazing. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to Ubud center, ensuring convenience for explorations.

The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely big bed. The bathroom, although it had some cracks in the walls, was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, being helpful and polite throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and delicious dishes. The resort also offered great facilities, such as a luxurious pool and a shuttle service to the nearby town.

The resort's spa facility was outdated and not as exciting as I had hoped. The treatments were average, and the therapists didn't seem fully trained.

We were upgraded to a private pool villa, which was a wonderful surprise. the chalet villa we stayed in had an amazing view and blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings. the attention to detail, such as the fresh flower decorations throughout the rooms and the outdoor shower, were highly appreciated. the resort has been in operation for over 18 years, yet it still maintains its cleanliness and neatness, making it feel like a new establishment.
