The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The accessibility for guests with disabilities could be improved, as there are some areas with steps and limited wheelchair access.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach. It's so convenient to be able to just walk across the pedestrian only road to reach the beautiful sandy shores. I loved how the hotel is tucked away in a quiet oasis, away from the noise and traffic of the tourist zone. It made crossing the paved area stress-free and easy. The staff here were amazing, always with smiling faces and providing top-notch service. They made me feel extremely welcomed and catered to my every need.

We had a fantastic time at a hotel in Legian with a great location right by the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The spacious room was comfortable and the hotel organized fun activities for guests. Despite a minor issue with the wifi, our overall experience was highly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfy, quiet rooms with lovely garden views. Diverse breakfast buffet and great lunch/dinner menu. Staff go above and beyond. Convenient location for shops, beaches, and restaurants. Beautiful breakfasts with lots of choice. Seamless communication with the resort.

legian beach did not disappoint. as a returning guest, the location, direct beach access, and friendly staff exceeded my expectations. the breakfast was amazing and the smaller pool with a swim-up bar was a great spot. definitely worth a try if it's within your budget.

I recently spent my Christmas holidays at a beach hotel and it was an amazing experience. the location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach and close to all the local shops and restaurants. I loved how they offered complimentary breakfast every morning and provided a shuttle service to the airport. the staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure we were taken care of. the pool and grounds were well-maintained and provided a great place to relax.

The check-out process was a bit unpleasant. the receptionist was accusatory and insinuated we had taken something from the room.
