Mind-blowing concierge staff who went above and beyond to assist us, drawing out directions for returning our rental car. Great location near the train, waterfront, and shopping area. Lovely check-in experience with friendly staff. The king bed was a pleasant surprise and the view was breathtaking. Highly recommended, everything was at our fingertips with the large and comfortable room, valet parking, and excellent location for exploring the city. Anniversary celebration made extra special with attentive and fast check-in. Wonderful vibe throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble.

The Club lounge access made my stay amazing. The staff fulfilled my request for a quiet upper floor room. The bathroom was huge, and the spa bath was great. The location is close to the mall. Would recommend! I had a great experience.

We had an opulent stay at this luxurious hotel, boasting exclusive amenities like a well-maintained outdoor swimming pool and a relaxing sauna. Staff provided exceptional service, making us feel pampered and comfortable. The restaurant and bar area was exquisite, serving scrumptious meals and exquisite drinks.

We encountered a slight inconvenience, as the jacuzzi was under maintenance during our stay. Although, it was not a major issue and the staff informed us of the closure beforehand.

The location was great, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, and a beautiful view from our room. the bed was also quite comfortable and allowed for a good night's rest.

The pool was overcrowded and we struggled to find a chair to relax on. the noise from neighboring rooms was bothersome, as we could hear everything that was going on.

The bathroom was well-equipped, although a rail for older guests would have been helpful. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The lighting in the room for reading at night was poor.
