We had a fantastic stay at River View Hotel. The staff welcomed us with tea and fresh fruit, making us feel at home right away. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the majestic mountain hills. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the center and West street, where we enjoyed exploring the shops and restaurants. The design of our room and bathroom was stylish and comfortable. Special thanks to Vicky, who went above and beyond to help us with train tickets and ensure we had a smooth journey. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful location, and friendly staff.

Stayed at River View for 3 nights and it was perfect. Rooms were lovely with comfortable beds and beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel is conveniently located near trendy dining, music, and shopping areas. Staff were top-notch, helping us book tours and providing tasty breakfasts. A truly memorable stay!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the river with excellent views on a clear day. It is close to the night life yet far enough not to be affected by the noise at night. The hotel itself is clean and has great facilities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting and arranging tours. The breakfast selection is fabulous with delicious options at reasonable prices.

The room was super nice, cozy, and clean, with comfortable furnishings. the staff was very helpful, assisting us with recharging our SIM card and providing a welcome drink. They also allowed us to take a shower after checking out, which was convenient after a day of biking. the location of the hotel was great, offering beautiful views.

The Chinese-style bathrooms were not ideal, as the conversations from the hallway were easily heard. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the travel products offered by the hotel were more expensive than what you could find elsewhere, as they charged commission.

The view from the top floor corner room was absolutely breathtaking! We could see the river and it was so charming. the hotel was also conveniently located near the boat terminal and within walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The view was obstructed by a row of trees, which was misleading. the shower also had temperature and pressure issues, which made it less enjoyable.
