During our recent stay at Maya Sanur Resort & Spa, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible level of service and attention to detail. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. The pool area was stunning, and we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside, taking in the breathtaking views. The location of the resort was perfect, right on the beachfront, allowing us easy access to the beach and the tranquil ocean. The breakfast at the Reef restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also had a complimentary meal at the restaurant, and the food was outstanding, one of the best meals we had during our trip. I highly recommend Maya Sanur Resort & Spa for a truly wonderful and luxurious stay in Bali.

We had an amazing experience at Maya Sanur Resort & Spa. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us plan our itinerary and provided excellent service throughout our visit. the rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. the balcony offered stunning views of the treetops and ocean. the resort had great facilities, including a lagoon, pools, and a fantastic spa. the live music in the evenings and happy hour at the poolside bar added to the wonderful ambiance of the resort. it was the nicest resort we stayed in during our trip to Bali.

Good This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the exceptional service, everything was perfect. the Spa & wellness centre was serene, offering body scrubs, full body massages and beauty treatments that left us rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool gave a view of the stunning garden area, while the live entertainment at the lounge area was a pleasant surprise. the restaurant served deliciously unique dishes and the in-room breakfast was always on time.

Bad One minor issue was that the special diet menus were limited, but even then, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. we highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a luxurious vacation.

Located in different areas of Bali, this resort offers a variety of experiences. In the Graze restaurant, you can enjoy delicious food and great service. Around Sanur beach, you can relax and take in the beautiful ocean and lagoon views. If you're in the mood for adventure, the jungle area surrounding the resort offers a chance to explore nature and wildlife. The rooms are well kept and spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. The staff provides excellent service, making you feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast selection is modest, but there are many other dining options nearby.

The pool can get crowded and noisy at times.

During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the lagoon access room, which gave us the feeling of having our own private pool just a few steps from our door. The room was clean and quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local activities and arranging transportation as needed.

the breakfast options were quite limited, lacking the variety we expected. the lack of dairy-free milk options for coffee was a letdown, especially considering the high price tag of the hotel.
