We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The shower was warm and the bed was comfy. The location was great, within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent and we particularly enjoyed the private swimming pool in our upgraded bungalow. The view from the room was also incredible, making it tempting to stay in all day. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient scooter renting service and the breakfast options were tasty.

We had an amazing time in this place. The hotel's location is superb, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The staff's service was impeccable, they provided us with a shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. Our room was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, tea and coffee facilities, and television. We were thrilled to have a balcony with garden furniture and an outdoor dining area.

Christmas at this hotel was fun. We enjoyed the free welcome drink and the breakfast was included. the hotel's location was great as we were only a short walk from the beach and the nearby restaurants. Another positive aspect is the staff was polite and helpful.

The noise levels at night were unbearable, meaning we had trouble sleeping. Our room was located near the street so we could hear the noise from the clubs on the street.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the center of Canggu with its shops and restaurants, but without the noise of the bustling center. I also appreciated the nearby yoga studio, gym, and healthy café, making it ideal for digital nomads like myself.

Despite some minor inconveniences, such as a bathroom with poor water conditions and a unstable tap, as well as a dim light and lack of towel changes during my stay, these small issues did not detract from the overall value and enjoyment of my time at the hotel.
