I had a fantastic stay at Pacific Palace. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others. a great experience!

Spacious rooms with kind staff. Good and varied buffet breakfast. Great view. Gym equipment, although old, still functional. Some treadmill machines out of order. Sauna and steam room okay, could use upgrades. Temperature of warm water jacuzzi pool too low. Excellent-sized and clean swimming pool.

The soundproofed rooms helped us to relax and unwind, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The dining options at this hotel were impressive, with a restaurant and a poolside snack bar available. we would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location was conveniently close to Harbour Bay. The 24-hour restaurant provided excellent dining options. The hotel had a unique "cruise" atmosphere, with a beautiful design. The buffet breakfast offered a delicious spread of Indonesian cuisine, and the live stations, like the egg/waffle station, were a highlight. The swimming pool was large and enjoyable, and there was even a sauna in the ladies' toilet.

The hotel's breakfast was delicious and the service was awesome. the staff was very helpful and polite, they were always alert to attend any needs we had. the ambiance was really clean and beautiful.

The hotel was far from the city center and there was not much to do within walking distance. some of the facilities were old and could use an upgrade.
