We had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique-ish hotel. We lucked out and got upgraded to the 'honeymoon suite' which had a spacious room, a full bathroom, and a separate area with a whirlpool bath. The room was great, especially for the price we paid. Throughout our 8-night stay, we found plenty of public areas, both indoor and outdoor, to relax and unwind. The free wifi was good, and there were three workstations available for use. The outdoor courtyard was a lovely spot for a drink. The staff at the reception desk were helpful, and there was always someone who could assist us in English.

The staff were helpful and friendly, provided an umbrella, and helped with height dizziness. Some of the rooms were lovely and quiet, and my suitcase was cared for.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing me with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The convenient parking availability was another positive aspect, ensuring I had no trouble finding a space for my vehicle. Additionally, the hotel's location in a very good neighborhood was ideal, as it provided easy access to the cable cars and a variety of excellent restaurants, allowing me to explore the local cuisine.

This place is located in a nice area and offers great service. The room amenities are top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and a mini-bar. The staff here are very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The dining options are excellent, with a restaurant offering breakfast, dinner, and special diet menus. The leisure facilities, including live entertainment and a sun terrace, provide great entertainment options. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park are convenient.

The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to get to. the breakfast was good and included in the price of the room. the room came equipped with a kitchenette, which was helpful.

The room itself was outdated and could have used some renovations. the heating system was not efficient and the room was cold.

Loved our spacious, clean room in the main building. Convenient location with easy access to taxis and mini buses. The restaurant offered a great mix of Americanized and local dishes. The staff respected our privacy and the grounds were beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay in Calacoto.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased to find that the hotel had a beautiful courtyard and cozy seating areas for relaxation. the free wifi was mostly reliable, and there were even workstations available for guest use. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to shops and restaurants.

The breakfast provided was only average and didn't offer anything exceptional. Additionally, the bar had a limited selection, so it would be best to come prepared with your own preferred drinks.
