In the heart of a lush jungle, this luxurious 4-star hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services. We were greeted by the lovely staff, who made our stay truly special. They went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of and their friendly manners were a pleasure to experience. Our room, with a beautiful view of the surrounding rice fields, was impeccable and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed provided a perfect end to our adventurous days of exploring. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including fresh fruit platters and juices that were always a delightful start to our mornings.

The flower bath at Puri Gangga Resort was absolutely incredible. It was such a unique and luxurious experience, surrounded by serene rice fields. We felt like royalty and completely relaxed during our stay. The staff were sweet and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the floating breakfast and afternoon tea. We also enjoyed the activities like cycling and yoga. I highly recommend this resort for a truly unforgettable experience.

The hotel is a bit far from the main city center, making it necessary for guests to rely on the shuttle service or arrange for transportation to explore other areas.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They made sure everything was ready for our meetings. the hotel lobby was also impressive and well-maintained.

The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not worth it, especially since there were no other dining options nearby. the room was also a bit outdated and had some minor maintenance issues, such as a broken desk lamp and clogged sink.
