I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had a luxurious design. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the Surakarta palace. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could have been better, as there were some delays and confusion with seating.

Although the hotel is old-fashioned, the staff members were very kind and helpful. the location is convenient, just a short walk to main attractions and restaurants. They offered complimentary bottled water and coffee sachets. Plus, the food was good quality, which was a pleasant surprise considering the hotel's condition.

The whole hotel needs renovation. the rooms and bathrooms are old, and the air conditioning system is loud and inefficient.

Fantastic value for money at the Royal Surakarta Heritage. The large rooms were impeccably clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The batik-themed decoration throughout the hotel added a wonderful touch. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, a convenient perk for travelers. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and wonderful decor.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to Surakarta palace. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and make sure to try Galabo on the corner of the fortress. The staff is attentive in the restaurant and offers excellent room service. The rooms are spacious and well-facilitated, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day.

Staying at this hotel is a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided in the room were a wonderful surprise. the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch with a soothing massage and relaxing sauna. the indoor and outdoor swimming pool was well, maintained and offered a refreshing dip. the staff was always available for any needs, and the service was impeccable. the room advantages were outstanding with a comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast served in, room.

the Snack bar was a bit bland with a limited menu.
